A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of teaching gel-plate printing on the Saturday and Sunday at the wonderful Hope & Elvis studios.
I was so happy to be back and share the weekend with a group of creative souls and it was so lovely to meet old mates and make new friends too.
I have made a vlog on my You Tube channel which documents all the goings-on and behind-the-scenes escapades if you'd like to see more.
The weekend went by in a flash but here are the photos that I managed to take - I really hope that I have captured everyone's work, either in the video or on here... please accept my humblest apologies if I haven't though, I think that we were all having too much fun!
Here's my little pop-up shop in the studio...
The days were absolutely action-packed!
You will see Louise and her melted dolls on the vlog!
There were beautiful prints everywhere!
I love seeing how everyone's work space evolves throughout the day!
I think that this photo sums up the day perfectly!
There were some really touching pieces made and many stories captured in paint...
I hope that you enjoyed looking at the snapshots from the weekend, please pop over to my You Tube channel if you'd like to see what shenanigans we got up to!
Thank you so much Louise for inviting me to your magical studio at Hope & Elvis and thank you Sam, Poppy and Ruth for looking after us all.
And thank you so much to all the lovely, brilliant, talented folks who joined us for this very special weekend.
Can't wait to come back in November!

I'd love to hear your thoughts, just a minute and I'll put the kettle on.
Custard cream or bourbon?
