Little Paintings From A Small Village...

Today was the big day I had been working towards for a long time.
Richard of The Ropewalk had displayed the work so beautifully, Janine was there to help and there was a delicious array of nibbles prepared in the fabulous restaurant.
Friends came along (I have the best mates ever!) and the kindly messages I received from all you kindly souls in cyber land really meant the world to me.
Who's that cheeky girl.....!
It was such a busy morning and the time flew by.
So there was nothing more to do than to drink a celebratory glass of Snowball when I got home.
(You can tell me the truth, do I blend into my settee?)
I will post some photos of my pictures soon, (if I haven't bored you silly by now!)

  1. You are wearing a frock entirely made of ricrac! I think it may just be one of the most fabulous things ever! The exhibition is bound to be a huge success because you wore what is clearly a lucky frock, quite apart from the pictures being lovely 😊.
