I just had to share a few of my finds today, just look at this cheeky fellow!

And then I found more records for my collection, there was Lloyd Cole, Matt Bianco and Suzanne Vega to name but a few of my Eighties heroes!

Lloyd kindly agreed to model a couple of the brooches I picked up too.

(Mighty fine you look too, if you don't mind me saying Mr Cole).

Was rather pleased with this little beauty too.

A Painting Re- Painted!

For a few weeks now this painting has niggled me.

There was something wrong.

She didn't look happy in her little world.

I grabbed my brush and gave her a new dress.

I think it may be finished.

I'll wait and see if she's happy now.

Red Button Hare...

Here's a little cheery fellow to brighten up your 'big coat'.

(Tis almost the time to be getting out the 'big coat' from the back of the wardrobe isn't it!)

He's made from a scrap of vintage quilt and scrips of this and that.

All part of my Hope and Elvis preparations.

How Do You Scoff Yours?

We've just returned from the most lovely holiday in Cornwall.

On the last day, as is family tradition, we had to check that all the essential tasks had been done.

Fish and chips?

Check. (On several occasions!)

Pasty.

Check.

Ice cream from Jelberts.

Check.

Cream tea.

Cream tea?

Cream tea!

So off we jaunted across the causeway to St Michael's Mount.
