This is the first picture I made using vintage paper.
I really enjoyed using the map, with its warm colours, set against the delicate blue paper (I think it's an old receipt or bill).
It just feels good to put pencil to paper!
Afterwards I thought the stamp on her hand looked a little like a lace glove, (if you squint using one eye when the wind is blowing in the right direction!)
Out of everything, the hands always take me the longest, that one hand took me a whole morning to draw!
What am I like!
