I've been preparing for my Hope and Elvis workshop weekend that's coming up in November.
I love having something to work towards to, I get butterflies thinking about it, it's like getting ready for a big celebration!
These little collages took quite a long time to arrange, and were made from the treasures I found from the car booting I did in Cornwall.
Some of these fancies have stories to tell.
This young debutant secretly built her own rocket in 1932 and was actually the first person in Space.
Martha, a fearsome Matriarch, spends hours talking to her beloved aspidistra.
Wistfully reminiscing about the young man she loved and lost.
The others have yet to whisper their tales...
Hope you like, I'm off to get snipping!

The workshop will be fabulous just like the others and everyone will think themselves very lucky to have gotten a place. When we were at sew not strawberry jam, several of us were begging her to book you. x
